Information you provide

Medicus may collect account information, application details, essay drafts, activity descriptions, secondary essays, audit context, and payment status information needed to provide the service.

Do not upload medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other information that is not needed for admissions review.

How we use information

We use your information to authenticate your account, generate application feedback, maintain review history, provide billing access, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Medicus does not sell applicant essays or application materials.

AI processing

Submitted materials may be processed by AI providers to generate feedback. Avoid including unnecessary sensitive personal information in drafts or context fields.

AI feedback can be useful, but it may be incomplete or imperfect. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding what to use.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Medicus does not store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment, fraud-prevention, tax, and billing information under its own terms and privacy policies.

Data retention and support

Application materials remain available in your workspace unless removed through product controls or support-assisted cleanup. Workspace reset clears application content but may not remove payment, audit, security, or operational records that must be retained.
