What to include
Include the email address on your Medicus account, the page where the issue happened, what you expected to happen, and any visible error message.
Do not email full credit card numbers, Social Security numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Billing issues
For checkout or Pro access issues, include whether Stripe showed a successful payment and whether the Account page shows Active, Not active, or another status.
Review generation issues
If a review fails or takes unusually long, include the review title and approximate time submitted. Medicus can use that to inspect the failed generation without requiring you to resend your whole draft over email.
