Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic rules for using Medicus responsibly.
What Medicus provides
Medicus provides AI-assisted critique, revision priorities, and application-readiness feedback for medical school applicants. It does not provide admissions guarantees, legal advice, counseling, medical advice, or official school guidance.
You are responsible for the final content, accuracy, originality, and submission of your application materials. Admissions outcomes depend on many factors outside Medicus's control.
Academic and application integrity
Medicus is designed to help you understand and improve your own writing. Do not use it to misrepresent your experiences, fabricate details, or submit work that violates application rules.
Feedback should support your judgment. It should not replace your own authorship or honesty.
Account use
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Do not share access in a way that bypasses pricing, harms the service, or exposes another person's private application materials.
Unlimited access is subject to reasonable product safeguards, technical limits, and fair use to protect reliability for all users.
Billing and refunds
Each account includes one free eligible document review before purchase. Medicus Pro is annual digital access for one account and is generally non-refundable once access begins.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material access failures. For billing help, contact support@medicusreview.com.
Service availability
Medicus depends on third-party services including hosting, authentication, payment processing, databases, and AI providers. Availability and response times may vary.
We may update, suspend, or change features as needed to improve reliability, safety, pricing, or product quality.
