Refund and Cancellation Policy
Every Medicus account includes one free document review before purchase. Medicus Pro is annual digital access and is generally final once access begins, with limited exceptions for billing or access problems.
Free review before purchase
Your first eligible document review is free. Use it to evaluate Medicus with a real draft before deciding whether Pro is right for you.
Annual access
Medicus Pro is $299/year for one account and unlocks unlimited eligible document reviews and Application Audit access for one year, subject to product safeguards and fair use.
Refund policy
Because Medicus includes a free review before upgrading, Pro purchases are generally non-refundable once access begins.
Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, billing errors, or material access failures. Contact support@medicusreview.com promptly with the account email and a short description of the issue.
Refunds are not promised for completed use, change of mind after access begins, admissions outcomes, or dissatisfaction with a critique after using the free review to sample the product.
Cancellations
You can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal from the Account page after purchase. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically remove access already purchased for the active annual period.
