Refund and Cancellation Policy

Annual access

Medicus Pro is $299/year and unlocks unlimited eligible document reviews and Application Audit access for one year, subject to product safeguards and fair use.

Cancellations

You can manage billing through the Stripe billing portal from the Account page after purchase. Canceling stops future renewal; it does not automatically remove access already purchased for the active annual period.

Refund requests

If something went wrong with checkout, access, or product availability, contact support@medicusessay.com with the account email and a short description of the issue.

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Abuse, heavy completed usage, or policy violations may make an account ineligible for a refund.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Duplicate purchases, accidental test transactions, or access failures should be reported promptly so they can be reviewed and corrected.
